Tomorrow kicks off another weekly gourmet food truck gathering in the OC. Now Tuesdays just got a whole lot tastier! SoCo Collection in Costa Mesa is the newest lunch spot. Each week will have gourmet food trucks with $5 combo specials and some of the retailers will have special promotions going on.
