Foodies should mark their calendars for this Saturday, December 1, when Lake Elsinore Outlets hosts a Food Truck Festival organized by Cliff Young, an award-winning restaurateur and host of the popular “Out to Eat” series on PBS. The Food Truck Festival will feature an array of gourmet food trucks and cutting edge flavors from a dozen food trucks.

The afternoon of family fun will include a DJ and a “bubble-roller” for the kids. Seating is limited and lightweight folding chairs are allowed.
