Officials at Citizens Business Bank Arena and Hispanic Business Alliance have announced the dates for a 2 day community event on May 5 and 6, 2012. “The success of the Food Truck Fests last year has resulted in the planning of not only an IE Food Truck Fest but the addition of the IE Dixie Salsa BBQ Competition – a state championship event we hope to make an annual happening” said Steve Eckerson, General Manager of Citizens Business Bank Arena.
Two separate events, one weekend that you do not want to miss if you like gourmet food, live music, sanctioned BBQ competitions and entertainment for the whole family.
