Gourmet Food Trucks
Feed The Hungry
Tuesday, November 23 from 1-3 p.m.
Someone Cares Kitchen in Costa Mesa
Presented by OC Foodie Fest
This Tuesday, OC Foodie Fest is bringing gourmet food trucks together to feed 300 less fortunate individuals in the Costa Mesa area. Orange County-based trucks will each donate food items from 1 to 3 p.m. this Tuesday, Nov. 23 at Someone Cares Kitchen. Feed The Hungry is an ongoing event that OC Foodie Fest would like to have at soup kitchens and other areas monthly.
Here are the trucks that will be donating food:
Taco Dawg – @TheTacoDawg
Longboards Ice Cream – @Longboards
The Burnt Truck – @TheBurntTruck
Chomp Chomp Nation – @ChompChompTruck
Feed the Hungry was inspired by the OC Foodie Fest mission statement to celebrate the love of food and use its power to bring the community together. The local OC trucks took it upon themselves to extend that mission and are using their amazing cuisine to generously give back to the local community to help those in need.
Someone Cares Kitchen is located at 720 West 19th Street in Costa Mesa. More information can be found at http://someonecareskitchen.org
